Litigation

The firm represents individual and corporate plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal courts. Based on this firm’s business and corporate law clientele, most of the firm’s litigation practice involves business and related litigation, including collections, but the firm’s experience in litigation means it can offer services in a broad array of civil cases.



Property and Estate Law

For real estate, Tucker & Tighe offers legal services including developer representation (i.e., all types of project/land use planning, zoning and platting and documentation), acquisition, disposition, and structuring of real estate transactions, tax free exchanges, homeowners and condominium documentation, real estate brokerage representation, commercial leasing, and title insurance and closing services.

The firm's estate planning and probate practice includes the drafting of wills and trusts, estate tax planning, trust administration, and probate.
